WHY BECOME A VENDOR?

EST Fest is a prime marketplace for food and merchandise vendors alike. Fest attendees provide vendors with many sales and exposure opportunities. Our attendees are active online, loyal and eager to consume quality products, food and services. From custom products to their favorite taco trucks, vendors are met with excited patrons and a great experience. With thousands of attendees entering EST Fest, the opportunity to vend with us is prime!

Vending schedule

EST Fest Vendors greet attendees Friday, August 11th when doors open and service the festival for two days. Schedule details are shared upon completed application.

VENDOR FEES

Food Vendors: $800

Non-food Vendors: $600

The fee includes a 10'x10' single booth space for vending, space to park, and two vendor staff credentials for both days of the festival. Vendors also receive direct link on Vendor page upon payment receipt. Power and water will be additional charges depending on individual vendor needs.

All payment of fees will be remitted electronically by deadlines provided upon acceptance.

Vendors are expected to supply their own tent, tables and chairs. We encourage creative displays and promotion! Vendors, if deemed necessary, can purchase a larger space (double booth). Larger mobile units may qualify for multiple booth space.

EST Fest is a rain or shine event. Vendor fees are nonrefundable and secure your space at EST FEST.

Products

We are accepting applications all categories of merchandise as well as food vendors. 
Any products with EST, 19xx, Festival likeness or artwork or any EST band members are not permissible.

For businesses seeking media opportunities and additional presence at the festival, there are sponsorship opportunities available. Please contact sponsor@est-fest.com.

APPLICATIONs

Please ensure you have read all information pertaining to vending at EST FEST 2017. Complete applications are required for consideration. 
We receive a mass amount of Vendor Applications and the review process takes time. Our primary contact method is via e-mail. You will have an opportunity to include any questions you may have as part of your application!

Applications must be received by April 15, 2017 to be included in the initial review and acceptance process. Applications will continue to be accepted until all spaces are filled. All applications will be reviewed, and an email will be sent to you indicating whether or not you have been accepted.
